Who we are

AutoNexa (autonexa.thaiexclusive.com) is operated by THAI EXCLUSIVE COMPANY LIMITED (Thai Exclusive Co., Ltd.), company registration no. 0105560131309, 66/51 Soi Lat Phrao 80, Intersection 22, Wang Thonglang Subdistrict, Wang Thonglang District, Bangkok 10310, Thailand. What we collect

When you send an enquiry about a car, the form collects:

• your name, country, phone number, WhatsApp number (if different), e-mail address
• your message
• the car you asked about and the page you sent the form from
• technical data: your IP address and browser user agent (used for security and to limit abuse)

Why we collect it

To pass your enquiry to the agent of the partner dealer that holds the car, who contacts you about it. The enquiry is delivered to the dealer's LINE group; the dealer's agent can see what you entered in the form.

To keep a record of the enquiry, answer questions about it, and protect the site from spam and abuse.

Who sees it

The partner dealer's agents and AutoNexa staff. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a form is sent by a person, and LINE to deliver enquiries to the dealer. These providers process limited technical data for that purpose.

We do not sell your data.

Analytics and cookies

[LEGAL REVIEW] If, and only if, you press Accept on the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) to count visits and to see which pages and cars are viewed. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives your IP address and technical data about your visit, which it processes on our behalf. Google may transfer this data outside your country.

If you press Reject, or ignore the notice, no analytics cookie is set and nothing is sent to Google. Your choice is stored in one cookie of ours (anx_consent) for 180 days. You can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" in the page footer.

We send events such as a car page view, a search, a click on a car, the start of a WhatsApp chat and that an enquiry was sent (with the car's reference number only). We never send your name, phone, e-mail or message to analytics.

• _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics, up to 2 years): only after you accept; distinguish visitors and sessions

Saved cars and form prefill

Cars you save and, to speed up your next enquiry, your name, country, phone and e-mail are stored only in your own browser (local storage). Clear your browser data to remove them. We never store your message there.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for [retention period]. After that they are deleted or anonymised.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to autonexa@thaiexclusive.com. Please include your lead code (AN-XXXXXX) so we can find the enquiry.
